Usage

1.Stabilizer. Thickener. Make artificial semi permeable membranes. Mordant.

2.Biochemical grade is used to immobilize cells and enzymes; Immobilization of glutamate decarboxylase using sodium alginate method. Alginate matrix can be liquefied by adding chelating agents.
