Usage

1.A rubber shovel vulcanization accelerator can also be used as a vulcanizing agent.

2.When used in 54-1(W) type neoprene, it is combined with accelerator PZ to accelerate the vulcanization rate.

3.When used in styrene-butadiene rubber, the scorch performance is poor and it can be combined with stearic acid to promote drought and increase the tensile strength.

4.When used as a vulcanizing agent, it is advisable to add a small amount of thiuram or dithiocarbamate-based drought-promoting agent to improve the degree of thio-formation.

5.Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber shoes, sponges, industrial products, etc.
