Usage
As an initiator for the polymerization of butadiene styrene rubber, its initiation rate is 30% to 50% faster than that of isopropylbenzene hydroperoxide, but slower than that of isopropylbenzene hydroperoxide and tert butyl isopropylbenzene hydroperoxide. It can also be used as an initiator for other polymers.
