Usage

DOPO can be used for flame retardancy of various polymer materials, such as linear polyester, epoxy resin, bismaleimide, etc. It is widely used for flame retardancy in electronics, synthetic fibers, semiconductor packaging materials, etc. Meanwhile, DOPO and its derivatives can also be used for chemical modification of polymer materials due to their unique functionalities. In addition, DOPO can also be used as insecticides, fungicides, curing agents, antioxidants, stabilizers, photoinitiators, binders, blockers for harmful metal ions, colorizers for organic compounds, and UV absorbers.
