clinical biochemical testing, TMB, as a new substrate for peroxidase, has been widely used in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EIA) 

and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA); Mainly used in the following projects: occult blood fingerprint detection; Rapid detection 

of alcohol in saliva; Preparation of urine test strips; Hepatitis virus testing; Pregnancy testing test; Rapid determination of glucose, hemoglobin, 

and albumin in blood and urine; Fecal occult blood test; Measurement of granulocyte count in blood, detection of steroids and sex hormones;
