Tri (2-carbonyl ethyl) phosphorus hydrochloride is an organophosphorus compound, which can be used as a water-soluble reagent for the selective reduction of disulfide. It is more stable than DTT in mass spectrometry application. It can also be used for selective reduction of disulfide in water.
