Diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide Cas 75980-60-8

1. Photoinitiators, mainly used for screen printing inks, lithographic printing inks, flexo printing inks, wood coatings.

2. TPO is an efficient free radical (1) photoinitiator with absorption in a long wavelength range. Because of its wide absorption range, its effective absorption peak is 350-400 nm, and it always absorbs about 420 nm. Its absorption peak is longer than that of the conventional initiator. After irradiation, two free radicals, benzoyl and phosphatidyl, can be formed, which can initiate polymerization. Therefore, the photo-curing speed is fast. It also has the function of photobleaching, and is suitable for deep curing of thick film and yellow-stable coating. Low volatility, suitable for water-based. This product is mostly used in white system. It can be used in ultraviolet curing coatings, printing ink, ultraviolet curing adhesives, optical fiber coatings, photoresist, photopolymer plate, stereolithographic resin, composite materials, dental fillers, etc. The dosage of this product should be 0.5-4% w/w according to the results of actual experiments.

3.Be sure to keep and use away from light.

It can be completely cured on the pigmented surface of white or high titanium dioxide. The coating does not yellowing, low post-polymerization effect and no residue. It can also be used for transparent coatings, especially for products with low odor requirements. It has high initiation efficiency when used alone in unsaturated polyester containing styrene system. Acrylate systems, especially colored systems, usually need to be used in combination with amine or acrylamide, and other photoinitiators to achieve complete curing of the system, especially for low yellowing, white systems and thick film curing. Silk printing ink, lithographic printing ink, flexo printing ink and wood coating. The recommended dosage is 0.5-3.0% (colored system) and 0.3-2.0% (transparent system).
